Dentis India does not have a return policy. However, in case you do not receive your products, or if any item is missing from your order, please inform us immediately at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. Kindly share valid proof (such as photos or delivery slip) with us via Email, WhatsApp, Call, or Direct Message (DM).
Dentis India does not offer refunds except in cases where the ordered product is out of stock. In such cases, the refund amount (after applicable tax deductions) will be processed to the same customer account (from which payment was received) within 15 working days.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, if the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel for any reason, the customer will be required to pay the return freight charges along with the second shipment charges via GPay/UPI/Direct Bank Transfer to the company account.
